MEMBERS PRESENT:   Daniel Kane, Brian Dennis, Stephen Berch and Cindy Samco.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Nora Davis.

GUESTS:   Michelle Whitten, City Clerk, Deavon Jacobson, PRO/Clerk, Mayor Steve Dobosh, and Councilman Eric Hayes.

CALL TO ORDER:   Brian called the meeting to order.

SWEARING IN OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERS:  Mayor Dobosh was present to swear in Planning Commission Members Cindy Samco, Brian Dennis and Daniel Kane. 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES – November 18, 2021.  Daniel motioned to approve the minutes; Cindy seconded.  Motion carried unanimously.

2022 CHAIR AND CO CHAIR.  Cindy nominated Steven as Chair; Daniel seconded.  As there were no more nominations they were closed.  Motion carried.  Cindy nominated Brian as Co-Chair, Daniel seconded.  As there were no more nominations they were closed.  Motion carried.

APPROVAL OF 2022 BUSINESS LICENSES: Cindy motioned to approve Business Licenses; Daniel seconded.  Motion approved. 

PUBLIC:  None.

ADJOURN: Cindy motioned to adjourn; Daniel seconded.  Meeting adjourned.
