Toledo City Parks

Are you looking for a camp spot, picnic area, playground, or a venue for a party, family reunion, etc.? There are several public areas within Toledo’s city limits.

Kemp Olson Memorial Park is located at the west end of the city at South 6th street and Cedar Street. The park provides a playground, water park, covered kitchen area, BBQ pit, restrooms with shower facilities, 12 RV camping spots with water and electricity hook-ups, tent camping and an RV dump station.

The fees for Kemp Olson Park are:

Kitchen Rental w/BBQ Pit (city limits resident) $55.00/day

Kitchen Rental w/BBQ Pit (non resident) $88.00/day

Picnic or Event for 1 to 99 People $100/day

Picnic or Event for 100+ People $150.00/day

Special Event $500 day 1 / $250 day 2. *Special Events are those being held on City Property or requires street closures.

Tent camping $20.00/night

RV Camping with water/electric: Starts at $40.00/night (summer rate)

Extra vehicle charge (camping) $5.00/night

RV Dump Station $5.00/use

Toledo’s Boat Ramp and Gazebo is location on First Street and Hwy 505. On the east end of the city. The boat rame is 2 lanes with parking at the top of the ramp. There is a life vest lending station if needed. There is a lovely Gazebo overlooking the Cowlitz River with benches and a picnic table. Public restrooms are also located at the Boat Ramp.

There is a $5.00 per day fee for Boat Ramp use and parking. You can also buy a annual pass for $40.00.

Steamboat Alley is a pocket park located between the downtown buildings on Highway 505. Look for the steamboat smoke stack and steer wheel facing Hwy. 505. There is a small table and chairs and book lending library.
