Toledo Burning Information

Refuse burning is not allowed within Toledo’s city limits. A recreational firepit and/or Barbecues can be used inside city limits. Exceptions can apply during high fire danger times of the year.

If you live outside city limits, you can apply for a Burn Permit, please refer to the Lewis County web site for more information. You can apply for a Burn Permit online too.
